The Loan Package
Once we review your application (by on-line, Fax, email, or Phone), and requested documents we'll send a package to you for your signature along with a list of documents we need to process your loan. Please discuss with us details such as locking in so that there are no misunderstandings. Your loan approval takes only minutes and can be done before we mail your package.
Credit
Mortgage Investors Group, upon your authorization, will immediately order your credit report.
Appraisal
Mortgage Investors Group, once again upon your authorization, will order the appraisal. Be assured that you will incur no expense until you authorize it as this is an expense of the borrower. (Except for our no closing cost loans.)
Customer Service
Once we have received your application, your originator will direct your file to closing with one of our "Super Servant" processors.
Closing
Mortgage Investors Group will approve a settlement agent for your loan transaction. If realtors or sellers are involved in the transaction, we will coordinate this with them. Your closing date is our closing date.
Your Satisfaction
